Completed Wellness Lounge
The completed subterranean level opens into an expansive, silent travertine lounge. Saturated cedar steam units and deep contrast plunge wells frame the central reflective pool.
Thermodynamic & Load Isolation
We designed decoupled concrete foundations and specialized high-density polyurethane dampening mounts to isolate the main villa above from low-frequency structural equipment resonance.
Decoupled structural frames and modular expansion channels allow thermal wood cladding to expand and contract freely under rapid 90°C shifts, eliminating cracking and seam separation.
Subterranean Shoring & Waterproofing
Excavating 5 meters beneath the active residence required concrete density calibration, structural shoring systems, and a multi-layer hydrophobic thermal envelope.
Honed Stone & Kiln-Treated Cedar
We utilized hand-cut Italian travertine blocks, brushed bronze hardware, and grade-A kiln-stabilized red cedar panels designed to maintain dimension in high humidity.
