By accessing the website https://luxuryexperience.sa or commissioning any design, engineering, supply, or maintenance services from Luxury Experience, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you represent a corporate entity, developer, or hotel group, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind said entity to these terms.

Luxury Experience provides high-end professional wellness and spa consulting services. This includes:

Spa Consultancy: Market feasibility studies, financial projections, ROI layouts, and block planning.
Wellness Architecture: Concept drafting, layout planning, sensory path engineering, and thermal cabin integration design.
Technical Engineering: Detailed MEP drawings, hydraulic systems design, HVAC layouts, and filtration calculations.
Premium Equipment Supply & Construct: Hand-crafting Finnish saunas, steam vaults, authentic Turkish hammams, and commercial-grade aroma diffusers.

Initial discovery calls and private consultations represent non-binding technical evaluations. Detailed spatial studies, thermodynamic calculations, and layout revisions are subject to signed contract agreements and project milestones.

For any technical engineering or custom build project, the client is responsible for:

Providing accurate, high-fidelity structural drawings, architectural plans, and MEP logs.
Ensuring that on-site utility access (power, drainage, water supply) meets the requirements defined in our technical datasheets.
Securing all local municipality, safety, and civil defense permits required for the installation.

All custom commissions are subject to structured payment plans defined in individual scopes of work.

Payments are made via bank transfer to our corporate accounts. Unless specified otherwise, a mobilization deposit is required prior to commencing detailed design or ordering custom European timbers and marble. All late payments are subject to project timeline suspension.

Luxury Experience retains all rights, titles, and interests in the design materials, thermodynamic calculations, custom blueprints, custom timber detailing, and custom scent formulas created during our engagement.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these files solely for the operation of the specific physical project for which they were commissioned. These documents must not be distributed to third-party developers for separate projects without express written consent.

These Terms of Service, and all contractual relations between Luxury Experience and its clients, are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
