Our procurement team assesses your capability against current and forecast requirements within 5–10 working days.

Verification
We confirm your legal standing and certifications, and request any further documents needed for pre-qualification.

Approved vendor
You are added to the approved supply chain and begin receiving RFQ invitations in your registered categories.
Your data
Held for evaluation. Nothing more.
- Processed under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law for vendor evaluation and partnership communication only.
- Never sold, rented or shared with third parties.
- Documents are stored in a private encrypted bucket and opened only by our procurement team.
- We do not ask for bank details, IBAN or payment information at registration.

Common questions
Before you register.
Our procurement team reviews each submission within 5–10 working days. Registrations in categories with live packages are usually assessed sooner. You will hear from us either way.
You are added to the approved supply chain and begin receiving RFQ and tender invitations in the categories you registered against. Framework terms are agreed separately, per package.
Yes. Select 'International' at the first step. The Arabic legal name, VAT number and VAT certificate become optional, and we will ask about your route to market in the Kingdom — a local partner, agent or branch.
A valid Commercial Registration or trade licence, for everyone. Saudi-registered vendors also need a VAT certificate. Company profiles, catalogues, certificates and authorisation letters are optional but strengthen your submission.
Email info@luxuryexperience.sa quoting your reference number and tell us what has changed. Do not submit a second registration — duplicates slow the review down.
